We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Stoughton LTACH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
- Perform patient care activities within the limits of the position, including bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Participate in patient education and support the development of individualized care plans.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state.
- Current BLS certification.
- None required, but a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.
