Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain chemical cleaning tanks utilizing alkaline baths, cold etch processes, and hot water washes.
- Receive comprehensive training in sandblasting techniques and conduct visual inspections of castings.
- Participate in training sessions during day shifts, with the potential to transition to swing or night shifts.
- Proficient in the operation and upkeep of chemical cleaning tanks.
- Experience in sandblasting.
- Ability to use hoists for lifting and relocating castings.
- Skilled in performing visual inspections of castings.
This position is based in a foundry setting, where you will encounter noise, dust, temperature variations, and fiberglass insulation materials.
