**Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Wanted at Advocate Aurora Health**

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist II to join our team in Lake Villa, Illinois. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

**About the Role:**

This per diem position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent technical knowledge and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with radiologists to ensure optimal outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Perform ultrasound examinations using various equipment and modalities to obtain high-quality images and diagnoses.

- Maintain accurate patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and examination results.

- Collaborate with radiologists to ensure that all necessary information is provided to facilitate accurate interpretations and diagnoses.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.

- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices.

**Requirements:**

- ARDMS Registered in Abdomen and OB/Gyne.

- RVT or RVT Eligible/Proficient.

- 3-5 years experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

- Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
