Medication Nurse Care Manager

About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. As a Medication Nurse Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Job DescriptionWe offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
- Administer medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Service Plans
- Comply with all infection control techniques and safety protocols
In order to succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Written and verbal skills for effective communication
