Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, working closely with physicians to develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services within the scope of practice, in accordance with state laws and in coordination with other healthcare team members.
  • Monitor patients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to supervising nurses and physicians.
  • Treat patients to alleviate pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning, adhering to accepted standards of practice.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing education and guidance on therapy plans and progress.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle.
