Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Systems Specialist to join our team at Mindlance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in system administration and enterprise architecture, with a focus on optimizing and securing technical infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical and security infrastructure specifications.
  • Design and implement enterprise system architectures across On-Prem, Cloud, and Hybrid environments, ensuring compatibility with Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications.
  • Administer server operations at the application layer, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of COTS applications on Windows OS platforms, IIS, Tomcat, WebLogic, and Certificate Services.
  • Provide advanced analytical and technical support for COTS application interfaces and system interconnections, resolving connectivity challenges in mixed environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot authentication services, utilizing technologies such as Active Directory, SSO with SAML v2.0, and OpenID Connect for diverse systems.
  • Lead efforts in decommissioning, remediating, and migrating legacy systems to support modernization initiatives and enhance security posture.
  • Utilize scripting and automation tools, including PowerShell and REST APIs, to streamline application maintenance and system integration.
  • Engage in Agile project management practices, employing tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
