Day Shift: 6 am - 2 pm
Afternoon Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm or 3 pm - 11 pm (eligible for $3/hour shift differential)
Night Shift: 11 pm - 7 am (eligible for $3/hour shift differential)
Work Hours:
Part-Time: Variable hours per week
Full-Time: 37.50 hours per week

The Patient Care Assistant will exhibit the capability to foster relationships and communicate effectively with individuals who are ill, disabled, or elderly, while maintaining a high level of empathy and support.
The ideal candidate for this position must demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional direct care while respecting the dignity of residents, families, visitors, and colleagues, all while sustaining a professional and courteous atmosphere.
Always promoting our clients' rehabilitation goals by aiding in self-care and independence. Employee involvement, skills development, and thorough documentation are vital components of this role.*Candidates must be able to obtain certification as a nurse aide within the designated timeframe and meet the requirements for CNA licensure in South Dakota.
It requires a person with deep compassion and a commitment to serving others to join our team.
Requirements
All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check. A tuberculosis screening will be conducted upon hiring.
