Position Overview
The Evening Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in guiding Dunkin' Restaurant Team Members during their shifts to uphold operational excellence and provide exceptional customer service. This position involves setting objectives, delegating tasks, and inspiring team members through constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all duties of restaurant team members as needed.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational targets and standards.
- Ensure compliance with Brand standards throughout the shift, including food and beverage preparation.
- Communicate shift priorities, objectives, and outcomes to team members.
- Provide coaching and support to team members throughout the shift, offering timely and clear feedback.
- Facilitate the training of new team members as required.
- Oversee adherence to safety, security, and profitability protocols during the shift.
- Ensure effective communication with the incoming Shift Leader to prepare for the next shift.
- Maintain Food Safety standards consistently.
- Manage inventory levels throughout the shift.
- Deliver excellent guest service and encourage team members to do the same.
- Coordinate team member scheduling for shifts.
- Monitor cash handling procedures during the shift and ensure compliance with cash management policies.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Prior leadership experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Punctual, honest, and maintains a positive demeanor.
- Open to learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Guest-focused approach.
- Capability to assist in training initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
