Your Contributions... As a Tax Preparation Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience. You will have the chance to learn from seasoned professionals and actively participate in data entry. Your tax knowledge will expand as you engage in real-world scenarios, making you feel like a seasoned preparer in no time.
What We Expect from You:
- Completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Course (offered at no cost).
- Passing the Tax Preparation Readiness Test.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a dynamic, supportive environment.
- Availability to work 30-35 hours weekly during tax season, with the potential for up to 40 hours during peak periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Background in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax preparation.
