Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent patient service and ensure a positive experience for all patients
  • Manage patient flow and ensure efficient use of clinic resources
  • Promote our wellness services and membership options to patients
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Recognize and support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
