Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bagel Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our bagel products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and record ingredients according to recipe formulas and lot codes for traceability purposes.
  • Review and adhere to company FIFO policy to ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
  • Package ingredients in accordance with company standards.
  • Adhere to company allergen handling policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inspect ingredient buckets and lids for damage and remove from service if identified.
  • Complete all paperwork legibly and securely store formulas when not in use.
  • Comply with all company processes, standards, and policies.
  • Responsible for the manufacture of safe, legal, and quality products.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift and move ingredients and equipment as needed.

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
