We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Ashland Propane Inc as a Billing and Customer Service Specialist. This role is a blend of computer data entry, processing, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide account information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Billing: Accurately process and verify billing information, including manual entry for delivery tickets and running weekly and end-of-month invoicing.
  • New Account Entry: Efficiently process new account information and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage paperwork, filing, and other administrative duties to support the team.
  • Collection Work: Contact past-due customers to remind them of outstanding balances and resolve payment issues.
