Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and lead generation: Identify prospects in need of workforce services & solutions and build strong relationships with hiring managers via various communication channels.
  2. Business development: Foster strategic partnerships by engaging key decision-makers through various communication channels.
  3. Sales performance: Responsible for generating gross profit through personal production, including selling segment orders within the market, and meeting revenue, gross margin, and other financial objectives.
  4. Candidate management: Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates.
  5. Client satisfaction: Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client's growth potential and provide innovative and creative workforce solutions.
