Responsibilities of the Campus Access Specialist
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
  • Answer and route calls, greet residents and visitors, handle inquiries, and provide information
  • Monitor apartment and cottage life safety systems and initiate emergency procedures as necessary
  • Conduct rounds to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for residents, staff, and visitors
  • Assist in transporting residents to various locations as needed during emergencies

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and maintain confidentiality. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations quickly.
