In this full-time role, you will work closely with our Physical Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver Physical Therapy treatments in accordance with established treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Collaborate with our Physical Therapist to set goals and objectives, driving progress and achievement.
- Monitor patient responses, reactions, and conditions, reporting back to our Physical Therapist as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, documenting progress notes in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure punctual attendance and effective communication with our team, including family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Prioritize efficient use of supplies and equipment, promoting a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- A current State license in good standing is required.
Education and Experience:
- An Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Physical Therapy principles, practices, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Thorough understanding of potential hazards and safety protocols.
- Ability to assess and implement treatment programs for complex therapy diagnoses.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $27.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule includes working Monday to Friday. We prioritize the health and well-being of our staff, providing masks, sanitizer, and latex gloves as part of our COVID-19 safety measures.
