Essential Job Functions:

  • Deliver Physical Therapy treatments in accordance with established treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Collaborate with our Physical Therapist to set goals and objectives, driving progress and achievement.
  • Monitor patient responses, reactions, and conditions, reporting back to our Physical Therapist as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, documenting progress notes in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure punctual attendance and effective communication with our team, including family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Prioritize efficient use of supplies and equipment, promoting a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • A current State license in good standing is required.

Education and Experience:

  • An Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant is essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Physical Therapy principles, practices, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Thorough understanding of potential hazards and safety protocols.
  • Ability to assess and implement treatment programs for complex therapy diagnoses.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $27.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule includes working Monday to Friday. We prioritize the health and well-being of our staff, providing masks, sanitizer, and latex gloves as part of our COVID-19 safety measures.
