Key Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Supervisor will manage an average of three retail locations, focusing on:
- Sales Management: Oversee sales strategies and ensure targets are met.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store personnel to foster a positive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, including payroll management, expense control, and inventory shrinkage.
- Store Setup and Teardown: Coordinate the construction, opening, and closing of stores within the district.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role across multiple retail locations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of the seasonal retail environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Compensation:
The weekly compensation for this role ranges from $1,280 to $1,330, based on qualifications and experience.
