Job Overview

Network Controls & Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Access Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring card access systems for our clients throughout the Greater Greenville marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure card access systems, including hardware and software components
  • Configure software and set up doors and schedules
  • Interface with customers and project managers to ensure successful project completion
  • Effectively communicate job status and progress to stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in card access systems, including Mercury-based control panels, Avigilon ACM, Genetec Synergis, Paxton Net 2, and Axis
  • Experience with Avigilon ACC 6 or greater, Valerus, ExacqVision, and Genetec Omnicast
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Valid in-state driver's license and acceptable MVR
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or tech school degree preferred
