We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at WMCHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care and safety
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure in New York State
- Minimum 2 years of critical care or emergency room experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of nursing theory and practice, hospital structure, objectives, and standards of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
$90,000 - $120,000 per year
