Job Description

Rosetta Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide personal care services, such as assisting with eating, drinking, and medication management.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents receive nutritious and appealing meals.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their well-being.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or fires, and take appropriate action to ensure resident safety.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including resident charts and medication administration records.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility and transfers.
  • Knowledge of first aid and CPR, with ability to obtain certification if not already held.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
