- Design and implement control systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Engage in process-related tasks for production readiness, including necessary travel for pre-production activities.
- Address customer-related issues as directed.
- Provide technical assistance to manufacturing for resolving control-related challenges.
- Achieve cost-saving targets within the area of expertise.
- Facilitate effective communication across divisions and manage project scheduling.
Qualifications:
The following qualifications are essential for this position:
- An Associate's degree in an electrical field or three to four years of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in PLC programming is essential, including the ability to write, troubleshoot, and interpret ladder logic.
- Capability to design and execute control systems for new machinery.
- Familiarity with Information Systems Tools to support business objectives.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
Compensation: Salary ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 based on experience.
Relocation Assistance: Available for eligible candidates.
