Job Description

This dynamic role involves addressing customer needs both in-person and over the phone. Utilize your communication skills to clarify warranty options, coordinate time commitments between technicians and customers, manage checkout processes, and promote products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services
  • Providing energetic and responsive service to every customer, both in-store and via phone
  • Exhibiting a strong desire to excel in a retail setting
  • Demonstrating motivation in sales
  • Assisting with unloading merchandise shipments, tire changes, store display construction, and other duties necessary to fulfill customer relationship needs
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

Possession of a 2-year degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in consumer retail sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to customer issues
  • Valid automobile driver's license and ability to operate customer and company vehicles
  • Completion and maintenance of all required BSRO store education courses and modules for this position
