Technical System Health Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

You will collaborate with technical experts and customers to develop advanced reports on patient monitoring system usage and system health.

These reports will help customers and Philips understand usage, prevent downtime, and achieve performance SLAs in areas never measured previously.

You will work with technical and clinical experts to understand and identify data signatures and sources needed for algorithm development and performance reporting.

Key Activities:

Participate in the development, evaluation, and refinement of first-of-kind and prototype solutions for IT customers and partners.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights are actionable and impactful.
