Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals in learning and developing new skills to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for consumers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with consumers to set and achieve goals outlined in their Person-Centered Plan (PCP).
- Utilize positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to support consumer growth and development.
- Perform or assist consumers with home maintenance activities as prescribed in their Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
- Document services accurately and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
- Compassionate and caring attitude.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Paid training and mileage.
