Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals in learning and developing new skills to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for consumers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with consumers to set and achieve goals outlined in their Person-Centered Plan (PCP).
  • Utilize positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to support consumer growth and development.
  • Perform or assist consumers with home maintenance activities as prescribed in their Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
  • Document services accurately and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
