Job Summary

Sabra is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while adhering to safety standards, food safety and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including warehouse coordinators II, forklift operators, and case pickers.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries, preparing shipping documents, and arranging transportation logistics.
  • Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of products to prevent damage during transit and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor receiving procedures to verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials, resolving discrepancies promptly and communicating with stakeholders as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, and distribution.
  • 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
