Job Summary
The Lead Technician will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the performance of various tasks related to equipment maintenance, repair, and operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians in the performance of equipment maintenance, repair, and operation tasks
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
