Job Summary

Kemco Integrated Services is seeking a skilled Lead Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, mixers, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients, explaining repair procedures, and offering solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs, services, and parts used.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training in appliance repair, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
