Year Up Careers is a one-year or less, intensive career training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to career advancement opportunities, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Our program combines technical and professional training with access to career placement support through our industry-leading talent development firm.

**What You'll Gain**

Through our program, you'll gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support and guidance to help you launch your career. Some coursework is eligible for college credit. During the career advancement phase, Year Up students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.

Our in-depth classes include:

  • **Application Development & Support**: Learn the skills to develop and support applications that drive business success.
  • **Business Fundamentals**: Gain a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
  • **Helpdesk/Desktop Support**: Develop the skills to provide top-notch support to customers and employees.
  • **Banking & Customer Success**: Learn the skills to succeed in the banking industry and provide exceptional customer service.

**Career Outcomes**

80% of Year Up graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation. Employed graduates earn an average starting salary of fifty-three thousand dollars per year.
