Job Title: Lead InstallerJob Summary

Conditioned Air Company of Naples, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading a team of installers and ensuring the successful installation of HVAC systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of installers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Install and start-up HVAC systems in residential settings
  • Perform ductwork and other related tasks
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in all installations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience installing HVAC systems and ductwork
  • Piecework pay with steady work and potential earnings of $140,000 to $160,000 per year
  • Company vehicle and uniforms
  • Detail-oriented and skilled in HVAC residential installs
  • Good driver with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
