Job Summary

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for providing essential care and support to our residents, including answering call lights, assisting with daily living activities, and taking vital signs as directed by medical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, prioritizing their needs and well-being at all times
  • Answer call lights promptly and determine resident needs
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Taking/recording vital signs, such as temperature and blood pressure, as directed by medical or nursing staff
  • Makes routine rounds on assigned residents in accordance with established procedures
  • Promptly communicates any significant changes in behavior or condition to supervisor
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A state certification as a nursing assistant
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Highly developed observation skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
