About the Role:

As an Administrative Assistant at WITRON Service America, you will play a vital role in maintaining our operations' smooth execution and ensuring our external customers receive top-notch support. This dynamic role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in maintaining accurate records of employees' timekeeping.
  • Manage services such as uniforms and WITRON swag.
  • Lead first-tier human capital activities including interview preparation, new hire onboarding, while answering basic company policy and benefit questions and escalating to Human Resources as necessary.
  • Plan and execute seasonal events and activities to boost employee engagement.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an office-based support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Capable of handling a diverse and steady workload to support team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
