The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is a highly structured residential special needs program that serves children, adolescents and adults presenting a wide array of challenging behaviors.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including up to $25 hourly wage and a first-year sign-on bonus of $3000.

Job Description

As a Behavioral Therapist/MHA at JRC, you will play a crucial role in implementing students' treatment and educational programs. Your services/interventions will support skill development and mastery for students/clients within our school and residential components.

You will maintain a safe environment for students/clients to thrive academically, while providing consistent treatment that leads to reduction of problem behaviors.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalence
  • Increased rates for BA or beyond
  • Increased rates for experience (1-3+ years)
