The Project Manager will take charge of project oversight, team leadership, profitability, and client relations for the design team.

Key Responsibilities- Guarantee the technical precision and completeness of all plans and design documents.
- Evaluate and develop design assignments for civil engineering initiatives.
- Conduct final ordinance assessments, site inspections, and quality assurance.
- Identify challenges, propose solutions, and manage project timelines effectively.
- Supervise financial oversight and client communications.
- Guide junior team members and ensure adherence to AutoCAD standards.
- Carry out additional assigned responsibilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is mandatory.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proficient in land development processes.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of stormwater management and site development principles.
- Organized, responsive, and committed to excellence.
Compensation: $93,000-$125,000/year based on qualifications.
