About the Job

The Boulders Resort and Spa is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a member of our spa team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests and deliver a luxurious experience through various massage techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Perform a range of massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone therapy.
  • Conduct treatments according to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Build rapport with guests, consulting with them to assess their expectations and attend to their needs throughout their visit.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and health regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and possess necessary arm, hand, and finger strength and dexterity.
