About the Job

The Boulders Resort and Spa is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a member of our spa team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, delivering a luxurious experience through various massage techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and genuine greetings to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Perform a range of massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone therapy, to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
  • Conduct treatments according to established guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests.
  • Build rapport with guests, assessing their needs and preferences to deliver a tailored experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, ensuring seamless operation of the spa.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and possess necessary strength and dexterity for massage work.
