Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Operational Risk Analyst to help us monitor and manage risk across our business. As a key member of our Operational Risk Management team, you'll work closely with our trading, tech, and risk teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. Your expertise will help us maintain a robust control framework and ensure that we're always learning and improving.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and review reporting on second-line inputs and outputs associated with our Control Framework.
- Focus on the US business, with opportunities to liaise with other regions.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tooling to improve data analytics capabilities.
- Communicate and train the business on operational risk.
- 2-5 years of experience in a second-line operational risk role or related field.
- Experience in a similar area or sector, with basic knowledge of financial exchanges and instruments.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive to continuously improve and high personal performance expectations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics.
