Job Title: Hospice Care Registered Nurse

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Hospice Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Hospice Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of end-of-life care.

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in a Hospice setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to provide emotional support and care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of end-of-life care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Current South Carolina RN License
  • Minimum of 1 year recent relevant nursing experience
  • Electronic Charting experience
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
