Multifamily Construction Director

At Michael Page, we are seeking a seasoned Multifamily Construction Director to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution.
Project Overview
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing multifamily projects, with a strong background in post-tension concrete applications. You will lead and mentor a team of Assistant Project Managers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Your expertise in project estimating, risk assessment, and community outreach will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and scopes, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Project Managers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize estimating skills to assist in project budgeting and resource allocation.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in managing large, complex multifamily projects.
- Strong experience with post-tension concrete and familiarity with parking garage construction.
- Experience in project estimating is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

- A competitive base salary up to $150,000 dependent on experience.
