  • Gather necessary documentation to resolve discrepancies
  • Adjust purchase orders as required

  • Conduct vendor reconciliations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for team members
  • Communicate effectively across all management levels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting is preferred
  • Over five years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with automated systems and ERP software
  • Detail-oriented with a quick troubleshooting ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in process optimization
  • Knowledge of integrated procure-to-pay systems
