About the Role:

As a Critical Care Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing critically ill patients, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education to patients and families.

The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in ICU settings, particularly with advanced medical equipment and procedures, is highly preferred. An active RN license, ADN or higher degree, and 1+ year of experience in a critical care unit are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and physiological parameters, and intervene with appropriate care
  • Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
  • Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
  • Participate in rapid response and emergency situations
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans
  • Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans
