About the Position

The Program Leader will supervise daily activities, assist with instruction, and provide support for the Beyond the Bell Program under the direction of the BTB Site Coordinator. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the success of the program.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily activities and provide support for the Beyond the Bell Program
  • Assist with instruction and provide guidance to program staff
  • Develop and implement program activities and events
  • Collaborate with the BTB Site Coordinator to ensure program goals are met

Requirements
  • Must pass the Cooperative Organization for the Development of Employee Section Procedures (CODESP) or have 48 units of college or an AA degree or meet the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) requirements
  • Required Fingerprinting and TB test
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (3)
  • NCLB Compliance
  • Proof of HS Graduation
  • Resume
