We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to lead our team in the Chelmsford and Boston, Massachusetts areas. As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and project teams
  • Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
