About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at McDonald's. As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, floors, and equipment
  • Operate and maintain restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, and dishwashers
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
  • Assist with maintaining the outside grounds and stock rooms

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
