We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Summit County Mountain Retreats. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vacation rentals meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure that all rentals meet our company's standards
- Accurately document and report any issues or concerns related to cleanliness, stock, or maintenance
- Supervise a small team of housekeepers to ensure that they are meeting our company's standards
- Build and maintain relationships with our housekeeping team members
- Deliver items requested by guests and/or homeowners to rentals
- Assist with and coordinate the transportation of housekeeping teams to-and-from their daily assignments
- Assist with minor maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed
- Report any irregularities or issues to management in a timely manner
- Must have local housing
- Valid US driver's license
- Able to communicate in Spanish at an intermediate level
- Able to communicate in English
- No prior housekeeping or inspecting experience is required, but it is preferred
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating in Spanish
- Comfortable driving in poor conditions and high traffic areas
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little supervision
- Basic understanding of smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods of time
