We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Summit County Mountain Retreats. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vacation rentals meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

• Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure that all rentals meet our company's standards
• Accurately document and report any issues or concerns related to cleanliness, stock, or maintenance
• Supervise a small team of housekeepers to ensure that they are meeting our company's standards
• Build and maintain relationships with our housekeeping team members
• Deliver items requested by guests and/or homeowners to rentals
• Assist with and coordinate the transportation of housekeeping teams to-and-from their daily assignments
• Assist with minor maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Report any irregularities or issues to management in a timely manner

• Must have local housing
• Valid US driver's license
• Able to communicate in Spanish at an intermediate level
• Able to communicate in English
• No prior housekeeping or inspecting experience is required, but it is preferred

• Attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating in Spanish
• Comfortable driving in poor conditions and high traffic areas
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little supervision
• Basic understanding of smartphones, tablets, and computers
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods of time
