Housekeeping Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Summit County Mountain Retreats. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vacation rentals meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-arrival property inspections to ensure that company standards are met
- Accurately document and report any issues relating to cleanliness, stock, or maintenance
- Supervise a small group of housekeepers on a daily basis to ensure company standards are being met
- Build and maintain relationships with our housekeeping team members
- Deliver items requested by guests and/or homeowners to rentals
- Assist with and coordinate the transportation of housekeeping teams to-and-from their daily assignments
- Assist with minor maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed
- Report irregularities or issues to management in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Must have local housing
- Valid US driver's license
- Able to communicate in Spanish at an intermediate level
- Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods of time
