Job Summary:

The Double Bull is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Order Taking: Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff using our Point of Sale system.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Check on guests frequently to ensure their needs are met and they are enjoying their experience.
  • Menu Recommendations: Provide recommendations for menu items and specials, and beverages.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cash Handling: Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, carry a tray, and lift 30lbs.
