Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified Sustainability Project Manager to lead our Northeast Environmental team in Western New York. This role presents an exciting opportunity to influence our Contamination Assessment & Remediation service line by overseeing a diverse array of environmental initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior staff members
- Prepare technical documents including project proposals, reports, and specifications
- Oversee project permitting processes
- Analyze and interpret environmental regulations
- Compile, analyze, and interpret data

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) designation is highly valued
- Over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting, including expertise in permitting, compliance, remediation, and project management
- Experience with federal contracts is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working collaboratively or independently
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus
- Willingness to travel for client meetings is essential

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $94,400 and $141,600, commensurate with experience.
