Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes.
- Stay current with clinical knowledge, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide evidence-based care.
- One year of recent experience in a surgical setting.
- Five years of surgical scrub experience.
- Current Louisiana RN License.
- BLS Card.
- ACLS Certification.
