Luxury fashion brand currently seeking to hire an experienced Selling Specialist to join our team to work in an exciting fast paced sales focused culture.

At least 1-3 year of retail selling expertise in an upscale department or specialty store.

Competitive base salary plus generous commission upon meeting goals. You will be responsible for driving sales, customer outreach, loss prevention & merchandising.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to close sales achieve sales plan and deliver unparalleled customer service
  • Sell to meet all daily, weekly, yearly stretch goals
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Propose and implement out of store selling events
  • Execute loss prevention standards
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Previous recent experience retail sales and ,customer service
  • Possess strong selling & merchandising abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and store colleagues
  • Having an broad existing client book of luxury customers is a big plus
