Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team at Continental Properties inc. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of our residential apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs and maintenance tasks in various areas, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances.
  • Work with vendors to ensure the community's appearance and safety are maintained.
  • Oversee expenses and budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide support and training to the maintenance team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a multifamily Service Supervisor role.
  • EPA and CPO certifications are desired, as well as substantial experience in HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances.
  • Ability to work overtime and on-call/non-traditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to perform repairs at the community, including lifting and moving up to 25-50 pounds individually or with assistance.
