We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Jefferson Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and support staff as needed
- Current PA RN licensure or practice permit
- CPR certification
- Preferred: Certification in area of specialty
